The tradition of Haeberlein can be traced back to 1492; the Metzger brand was first documented in 1586. The two companies Haeberlein and Metzger merged on June 5th of 1920. From now on, the company produces "Finest Haeberlein-Metzger gingerbread" from the best recipes of the two companies. This established the quality and reputation of this unique brand.
